Delivery

Incorrect Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the parcel is returned, additional postage charges will apply for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Books are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, certain personal wellness products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a major fault, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
