Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are dispatched from our private studio in Adelaide.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier services.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. You will receive tracking details so you can monitor your parcel.
Flat rate shipping Australia-wide is $12.00
Express rate flat shipping Australia - wide is $20.00
Free standard shipping applies to orders over $150.00
Free express shipping applies to orders over $200.00
We currently ship within Australia only.

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the details.
If the parcel has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, additional postage charges will apply for redelivery.
Local Pickup (Seaview Downs)
Contactless pickup is available from our Seaview Downs studio.
You will receive a text message with collection time and exact location details once your order is ready.
Yes — simply add your message at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
We will carefully pack your order & Include a complimentary gift note with your message, We will exclude any receipts or pricing information
Just enter the recipient’s shipping details at checkout and your message in the Gift Card message section.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are eligible for return only if faulty or in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns on sale items are not accepted.
